Fairplay, a comprehensive real estate investment company, needed assistance creating a new media marketing plan. They desired to build trust with consumers and ensure Fairplay’s end-to-end solution for all real estate needs was clearly communicated within their online presence.
THE SOLUTION
Lavalobe developed an effective new media plan, anchored by the website Fairplay.com which was built on an SEO-optimized platform, boosting page rankings and easy to navigate content for users. We deployed an enterprise-level CMS (Expression Engine) that allows seamless scalability and continuous collaboration. This is especially useful for data integration that was required from an existing proprietary database. The original media featured on the site, as well as the frequent content updates, allows consumers to benefit the most from this fresh, easy to navigate and content-rich site.
The new website offers a learning center for novice investors and those new to the real estate market. It also features information on financing, such as traditional home mortgages, bridge loans for purchasing properties at auction, as well as a searchable, robust data system that provides real time updates on all properties for sell, including foreclosures, short sales and REOs.
We also launched a series of seven client testimonial videos, showcasing individual investor success stories. In addition to these videos, we also developed the “Fairplay Difference”, an in-depth video that walks new clients through Fairplay’s menu of services. This video makes it easy for potential investors to get a solid understanding of how Fairplay differs from other real estate companies.
