I have an iPhone and a PowerBook - no need for the iPad yet. I find I have to add a second or two of BLANK at the beginning of .flv files - give it a chance to start downloading smoothly. Don't put anything right at the beginning. If we can arrive at ONE technology and stick with it, that's fine with me. And preferable a technology that doesn't require a plug-in or an upgrade every six months. If web-based Silverlight uses Javascript and HTML (basically) why does it need a plug-in, as well?
